Our Villa in Kalkan is perfect for up to four people, the living space is practical and tastefully furnished to a high standard.  There is 155sqm of living space equally divided over three floors. The floors are tiled throughout and the staircases are marble.  The main living area on the ground floor is a spacious open plan design with lounge, dining area and kitchen.  The sitting area includes an open fireplace and handmade wrought iron furniture with large cushions. The dining suite is wrought iron with a glass top table.

The Italian kitchen has a beautiful high gloss façade with traditional Turkish handmade wall tiles. The small appliances are chrome and the sink is stainless steel, clean and contemporary.  Appliances include stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, fitted dishwasher and separate fridge freezer. Additionally, a washing machine is situated on the third floor/roof terrace level.  There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.  French windows lead out onto the terrace and pool area. 

The property is air-conditioned, which is a necessity for holiday villas in Kalkan Turkey, due to the intense temperatures reached in mid summer.  All windows are double glazed and fitted with mosquito netting.
