Hi Tracey, we loved the villa, it was in a good position with views over both bays, and walkable to town although a taxi back is recommended!
The view from the pool was the best feature, and the villa was lovely and spacious. We love Kalkan too, it was our second trip, we stayed at a villa higher up near hill last time and yours was definately in a better position. We hope to go back again next year and if we do we’ll look to book Paramelle again.

Had a great time sadly cloudy weather for first few days which was a shame but latter part of week was wonderful. Villa was great, really spacious and well equipped. As a keen swimmer would have liked the pool to have been a bit bigger but it certainly served its purpose in the heat ! Have recomended to friends & we would certainly like to return too. Many thanks.

We had a super time in your lovely Villa. Views absolutely stunning. Will possibly like to book again for next year . One minor comment,a second sun umbrella on terrace would have been great. When will availability for 2011 be on line?
Lycian Way is 10 Years Old
Patara Beach along the Lycian Way
The Lycian Way is a long-distance footpath in Turkey. It stretches for over 500km from Ölüdeniz to Hısarçandır, near Antalya around part of the coast of ancient Lycia. You are in luck if you are staying in Kalkan because it passes right by. It is waymarked with red and white stripes, the Grande Randonnee convention. The Sunday Times has listed it as one of the world’s top ten walks. It is ten years since the world famous Lycian Way, (in Turkish, Likya Yolu), was established by Kate Clow.

We had a great time. The villa was of a much higher standard than what we have experienced using some well known companies covering other Mediterranean countries. All the feedback on your website was well deserved and set the correct expectations. The only very minor point I can think of bringing to your attention is that when arriving after dark from the airport it was not easy to identify the villa as the name plate is only visible if you climb the stairs. However I can think of reasons why you may not want to have it so obvious to all and sundry. Also I understand from Paula and Metin that most people seem to use the transfer service in any case. Both Paula and Metin were also helpful by the way. I will certainly recommend your villa to any friends I have who may be interested in visiting Kalkan. This was our second time in Kalkan, the last being 6 years ago ….it must be at least 3 times the size it was then !

Your villa is wonderful and suited us perfectly- the pool was well used and we enjoyed many happy sundowners on the roof terrace. We also thought Kalkan was lovely – last year we went to a 5* resort in the Caribbean but we all agreed we actually had a better time this year in Kalkan! We rarely go back to the same place twice but we would consider perhaps a May or October half term break at some time in the future as we’d like to explore the area a bit more when the heat is not so intense. Anyway I will definitely be recommending Villa Paramelle and Kalkan to our friends and relations.
