A private holiday villa to rent in Kalkan Turkey with two good sized bedrooms which sleep up to four people very comfortably.   Villas this size can often sleep 6 by way of a sofa-bed in the living area but we want to provide the best possible comfort for our guests, so this villa is limited to 4 people.

Upstairs on the first floor, the bedrooms have sea stunning views and are ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet. The bathrooms have good quality contemporary fittings.  Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. 

The master bedroom has panoramic sea views through 180° and doors leading onto the balcony.  This bedroom has views out over Kalkan and Kalamar bays.  It has a queen size (1.8m) handmade wrought iron bed. All of the mattresses are good quality and very comfortable.

The second bedroom is a twin room (2 x 90cm wrought iron beds) with doors leading onto a balcony, again with fabulous views over the bays.

The villa is furnished to a high standard.  Each room has matching bedroom suites including a solid wood wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror.  The master bedroom has a matching dressing table and bedside cabinets.

From this floor, stairs lead up to the second floor and roof terrace.  All floors are tiled and the staircases are marble.  The property is decorated throughout in natural colours.

The property is air-conditioned, which is a necessity for villas to rent in Kalkan, due to the intense temperatures reached in mid summer.  All windows are double glazed and fitted with mosquito netting.
